When I opened my blog today, I stumbled upon another quote on my sidebar from Goodreads, and oohh myy.. it was really an interesting one, ahahaha.. I'm gonna share it with you!
Here it goes..
"Creativity is knowing how to hide your sources" (Albert Einstein)
Ahahahaha.. ahahahaha.. ain't it gReat?! :p
Come to think of it.. I think it's true.. sometimes it's not that we do that intendedly, but since everything we see, we hear and we read might influence our way of thinking or something.. so it's only "natural" that our own creation might "adopt" a little part of things that we've "experienced" before.
Besides, in Ecclesiastes 1:9-10 (NIV)*
Ecclesiastes 1:9 -> What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun.
Ecclesiastes 1:10 -> Is there anything of which one can say, "Look! This is something new"? It was here already, long ago; it was here before our time.

There's nothing new under the sun.. what we create, someone else have done it before, although we might create a different shape in different style, it's still not something that is completely new.
When we talk about "arts", I don't think there's any "good" or "bad" cause it's only a matter of preferences..
Come on, there are billions of people in this world, there might be at least one who likes the results of our arts, at least the creators should be the one who likes their own creations, ahahaha :p
Okay okayy.. back to the quotes..
Creativity is knowing how to hide your sources, what do you think about that quote? ;)
